Bloomington is a city located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, a suburb south of Minneapolis. As of 2004, it had a population of 85,442, making it the largest Twin Cities suburb, and the fifth largest city in the state. It is the home of the United States' largest—and the world's second-largest—shoping center, the Mall of America.
